Dear Team Members,

On our shared journey toward excellence, leadership plays a pivotal role. As leaders, I would like to briefly outline our understanding of leadership, as well as the key qualities and responsibilities that effective leaders should embody.

First and foremost, leadership is not merely a position—it is an action. We believe that leaders are those who can unlock the full potential of their teams and provide them with a clear direction. In fact, each one of us has the capacity to become a leader, regardless of our formal role or title. What truly matters is that we possess the ability to exert positive influence and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.

Secondly, the characteristics of leaders are crucial.
